Year 1 · 2026–2027
Funding player
development.
Our model is for the Academy to be entirely self-funding, with every penny raised going into player development within the Academy.
Three income streams. One shared goal.
A £9,000 Year 1 funding goal
£4,500 from players, with a target to double that through sponsorship and contributions.
This shows the funding model and target, rather than money already received.
How the model comes together
Our three income streams
Player payments
Payments from Academy players provide £4,500 towards the Year 1 funding goal. The proposed payment schedule is shown within each phase of the Academy development plan.
View the phases and proposed payments →Sponsorship
Sponsorship is one of the two additional income streams intended to match the £4,500 from players and increase the funds available for Academy player development.
Explore draft sponsorship options →Contributions
Contributions provide a further route to support Academy player development. Together, sponsorship and contributions have a combined target of £4,500.
No fixed split is set between sponsorship and contributions: the aim is for those two streams together to raise £4,500.
